TORONTO, ON – The Canadian Ball Hockey Association (CBHA) High Performance Program has named its leadership team for Women’s Team Canada in preparation for the World Championships in Bratislavia, Slovakia in 2011. A mix of new and seasoned staff, the leadership team’s priority will be to build an exceptional national women’s team capable of defending the country’s golden position on the world stage in 2011. |

The International Street and Ball Hockey Federation (the ISBHF) hosted the Inaugural Women’s World Cup from June 17 to 19, 2005, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The ISBHF is the governing body for street and ball hockey throughout the world. The ISBHF hosted the First Men’s World Cup in 1996, and since 1999, it has been contested every two year. |
